# How to add a new asset and obtain its configuration file

**1.** Please make sure you have at least one WeldCloud Fleet and/or WeldCloud Productivity license availavble

**2.** Navigate to [https://apps.indusuite.com](https://apps.indusuite.com)

**3.** Sign in with your InduSuite apps credentials

**4.** Click "Sign in"

**5.** Click on "Settings" app

**6.** Click "Machines & devices"

**7.** Click "Add"

**8.** Enter machine name

**9.** Machine name is the displayed name in WeldCloud apps for that specific asset

**10.** Select machine type from "Device type" dropdown list

**11.** Select which site machine belongs to from "Select site" dropdown list

**12.** Assign a license to your new machine from "Select license" dropdown list

**13.** Click "Add"

**14.** Click "Download configuration file" and save it on your local computer
