# How to create a new permission group for InduSuite apps

## Prerequisites

- An InduSuite account with **Settings** app access and permission to manage users.
- Know which **site(s)** the group applies to.
- Know which **apps** and **access levels** the group needs.

## How to Run

Via the InduSuite web UI at `https://apps.indusuite.com` → Settings → User management → Permission groups.

## Procedure

1. **Log in** to InduSuite at `https://apps.indusuite.com`.

2. **Open the Settings app** from the app launcher.

3. **Click User management** in the left sidebar.

4. **Click Permission groups** in the User management submenu.

5. **Click Add permission group** to start creating a new group.

6. **Define the site/sites** the permission group applies to. Select one or more sites from the dropdown.

7. **Select which InduSuite apps** the group can access (e.g., WeldCloud Notes, Productivity, Fleet, Assembly).

8. **Set the access level** for each selected app (e.g., Viewer, Editor, Admin).

9. **Click Save** to create the permission group.
