# How to plan and assign maintenance/service activities for your welding equipment

**1.** Navigate to [https://apps.indusuite.com/](https://apps.indusuite.com/)

**2.** Enter WeldCloud Fleet app

**3.** Click "Machines & stations"

**4.** Click "List view"

**5.** Click on the machine you want to create an activity for

**6.** Click "Add activity"

**7.** Pick up an activity category from dropdown list

**8.** Select "Planned" as status from dropdown list

**9.** Fill in with the email address of the person in charge for the activity

**10.** Write any additional note to the activity

**11.** Select when activity needs to be performed

**12.** Optional steps if you want to add a reminder for the person assigned to the activity

**13.** Click "Add reminder"

**14.** Add reminder date

**15.** Click "Save"

**16.** Activity created will be shown in welding equipment service log
