How To zero the flow sensors

We’ve introduced a new feature to help you reset your sensors.

Sometimes, your sensor may show a small offset in flow readings, even when no flow is occurring or the sensor has trouble to connect to the gateway.

This can appear like the example below:

To address this, we’ve added a feature to reset your sensors, ensuring they show zero flow when there is no actual flow.

Simply follow these steps:

1. Press the smaller left button 10 times in quick succession.
2. Continue pressing it until a key symbol appears in the cloud, like this:

3. After 10-30 seconds, the key symbol will disappear, and the display will briefly show non-zero readings before returning to zero. This indicates that the sensor has been successfully reset.
