Machine reports (Gas to wire, wire to gas and arc time to gas)
In this article, we’ll explore the different types of machine reports. These reports are categorized into gas-to-wire, wire-to-gas, and arc-time-to-gas reports. They function only if you have a WeldCloud-enabled machine connected to your system that can transmit wire feed values.
In the menu on the left-hand side, select "Machine Reports." Clicking on it will display a dropdown menu where you can choose the specific report you’d like to view.

Once you’re in the machine report section, use the filter options to select the desired timeframes and apply additional filters. In this example, we’ll compare welding stations based on their ratios.
The filter settings are located on the right side, and the corresponding data is displayed in the graph.

Below the graph, you can adjust how the data is displayed. In the first image, the data was shown by days, and here you can see how it looks by hours. The dropdown menu provides the available display options for you to choose from.

Below the graph, you'll find a detailed overview table showing the metrics used to create the graph. This includes averages and total values for gas and wire consumption.

Look for noticeable patterns in the graphs or make adjustments in your production process to compare the impact of your actions using real data. Did your improvement worked out the way you expected? Can you itentify bottlenecks in your production?
The same process applies to other reports, such as the wire-to-gas ratio and arc-time-to-gas ratio.
