How to update Quark gateway firmware through built-in web configuration page

WeldCloud Quark gateway has a built-in web based configuration page featuring a firmware upgrade utility.
Please refer to this article to check Quark gateway enabled equipment.

As a first step, please download from WeldCloud Fleet latest and greatest firmware package

Depending on your current setup, there are different ways to access Quark gateway web configuration page

If your equipment is already connected to your network (either WiFi or Ethernet), please jump to this section
If your equipment is not yet connected to your network, please jump to this section

Equipment already connected to your network


Please make sure following requirements are met

Your PC/laptop and Quark gateway enabled equipment are connected to same network
You know IP address of your WeldCloud connected equipment (please refer to this article for details)

Access Quark gateway configuration page launching https://X.X.X.X page in your browser, where X.X.X.X is the IP address of your connected equipment. If you get a privacy error please refer to this guide

Follow below instructions to update Quark gateway firmware.

Equipment not yet connected to your network


Please make sure following requirements are met

PC with Ethernet port and Ethernet cable
Static IP 192.168.254.10/24 configured on your PC (please follow this article for instructions)

Connect your PC and welding equipment through Ethernet cable



Access Quark gateway configuration page launching https://192.168.254.1 page in your browser. If you get a privacy error please refer to this guide

Follow below instructions to update Quark gateway firmware.
