Generating Non-Destructive Test Reports in Indusuite

Generate NDT (Non-Destructive Test) reports in WeldCloud Assembly. Create a report, assign it to an assembly, add weld inspections, and record test results (Acceptable or Failed) for each weld.

Procedure

1. Click "Reports" in the left navigation

   
   

   
   
2. Click "Non destructive tests"

   
   

   
   
3. Click "+ Add" to create a new NDT report

   
   

   
   
4. Click the "Report number" field to enter the name of the Report

   
   

   
   
5. Click the "Date" field

   
   

   
   
6. Select the date of the Report

   
   

   
   
7. Click "Type of Test"

   
   

   
   
8. Select the test type from the drop-down menu

   
   

   
   
9. Click the "Assembly" field

   
   

   
   
10. Select the Assembly you'll use this Report in

11. Enter additional details under Procedure, Acceptance Criteria, Notes, or Attachment, then click "Save"

12. Click the "Search" field to find the Report you just created

13. Click on the desired Report to edit it

14. Scroll down and click the "Edit" button on NDT Inspections

15. Select the Welds you wish to add this Report to

16. Click the checkbox to select the welds

17. Click "Done"

18. Click the line of the Weld to enter its test result

19. Enter the Test Result for this weld

20. Select "Acceptable" or "Failed"
