Send Weld Details to a Connected Equipment for Welding Parameter Traceability

Send Weld Details from WeldCloud Assembly to a connected welding machine for full welding parameter traceability. Once the machine completes weld sessions, you can review the actual parameters against the WPS range. This covers both sending details and reviewing weld session parameters.

Procedure — Send Welding Details to a Machine

1. Click "Assemblies" in the left navigation

   
   

   
   
2. Select the Assembly

   
   

   
   
3. Click "Welds"

   
   

   
   
4. Select the Weld you want to update

   
   

   
   
5. Click "Send to machine"

   
   

   
   
6. Select the machine you want to send the details to

   
   

   
   
7. Click the "Pass ID" field and then select the Pass

   
   

   
   
8. Check if the right Welder is selected and click "Send to machine"

   
   

   
   
9. The Welding Details have now been sent to the machine

   
   

   
   

Procedure — Check Welding Parameters in a Weld

10. Click "Assemblies" in the left navigation

11. Select the desired Assembly

12. Click "Welds"

13. Select the Weld you want to review

14. Click the weld sessions link to view available sessions

15. Select the Weld Session you want to review

16. Review the Welding Parameters and click "Exit full screen" to review a different Weld Session
