How to Duplicate Welds in WeldCloud Assembly

Duplicate existing welds within an Assembly — create up to 50 copies at once with configurable data to copy (WPS, materials, passes, etc.). Useful when you have similar welds that share the same configuration.


Procedure


  1. Click "Assemblies" in the left navigation



    Click Assemblies
  2. Select an existing Assembly



    Select assembly
  3. Click "Welds"



    Click Welds
  4. Select the Weld you want to duplicate



    Select Weld to duplicate
  5. Click the options icon (three dots)



    Click options icon
  6. Select "Duplicate"



    Select Duplicate
  7. Click the *"Number of Copies (max. 50) " field



    Click Number of Copies
  8. Type the number of desired duplicates and click "Select additional data to copy" to choose which data to copy to the new Welds



    Type copies and select data
  9. Choose the desired options, or Select All



    Choose options or Select All
  10. Click "Create 5 copies" (button text changes based on count)


Click Create copies


  1. Your new Welds are now created. To check them, click "Welds"

  1. Navigate to the last page of the Welds list

  1. Your new Welds will be at the end of the list
