How To Access Non-Compliance Events

Access weld sessions that have Non-Compliance events — sessions where welding parameters fell outside the acceptable range. View details, configure email and SMS alerts for future non-compliance events.

Procedure

1. To access your welds with Non-Compliances, click "Events" and then select the weld you want to check

   
   

   
   
2. Click "Of concern" to filter for non-compliance events

   
   

   
   
3. Once inside the Weld Session, hover your pointer over the warning sign to check the details of the Non-Compliance

   
   

   
   
4. Click on the session to see full details

   
   

   
   
5. You can configure your account to receive email notifications every time you have a non-compliance weld session

   
   

   
   
6. You can also set up text message notifications directly to your phone
