How to connect Universal Connector to your welding equipment
Prerequirements
Before starting, please ensure following prerequisites are met

Prepare and connect the hardware
Hardware overview
Main components of the Universal Connector are:
Sensor box
Electronics box
Connection to welding output terminals on the power source
Connection to welding circuit
Push-button (to power up and shut down)# Conecting to WeldCloud

Make sure the lithium-ion battery is fully charged and inserted into the electronics box
Put the battery into the battery charger
View the voltage and power percentage on the display. Voltage should at least be over 4.0 V and percentage close to 100%

Loosen the two screws at the back of the electronics box and remove the battery lid
Insert the lithium-ion battery
Attach the battery lid and the screws with tightening torque 0.6 Nm

Install the Universal Connector to the power source
Check the connectors on the power source.
If the connectors on the Universal Connector are not the same as the ones on the power source, then the connectors can be switched to appropriate connectors by a trained electrician or service technician.
It is important that this is done properly, otherwise you risk cable fires and electrical hazards!
Connect the sensor box to the power source welding output terminals. It does not matter which cable goes to which terminal on the power source
Attach the electronics box using the Velcro tape on the back of the box. Position it as high as possible, to get a better connection for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth

Connect the torch and the work lead to the sensor box. Ensure that the correct terminal on the power source, gets connected to the torch depending on welding method!
