Add a General/Reference Drawing in WeldCloud Assembly

Add General/Reference drawings to WeldCloud Assembly — either one at a time or in bulk. These are the overall assembly-level drawings, as opposed to the per-part ISO drawings.

Procedure — Add a Single General Drawing

1. Click "Drawings" in the left navigation

   
   

   
   
2. Click "Reference" to switch to the Reference drawings tab

   
   

   
   
3. Click "+ Add" to create a new drawing entry

   
   

   
   
4. Click the "Reference number" field and type the reference number of your drawing

   
   

   
   
5. Click the *"Title " field and type the title of your drawing

   
   

   
   
6. Optionally, click the "Sites" field if you want to select the Site where this drawing will be used

   
   

   
   
7. Select the Site from the dropdown list

   
   

   
   
8. Click the upload button to search for your drawing in your device

   
   

   
   
9. After selecting the drawing, click "Save". Your drawing will now be available for use in your Assemblies

   
   

   
   

Procedure — Bulk Upload Reference Drawings

10. Click "Drawings" in the left navigation

11. Click "Reference" to switch to the Reference drawings tab

12. Click "Bulk upload"

13. Click the "Sites" field

14. Select the Site from the dropdown list

15. Click "Upload reference drawings..." and select the drawings you would like to add

16. Click "Add drawings". Your drawings will now be available to use in your Assemblies
