How to Compare machines Arc Time Factor
Prerequisites
- Access to WeldCloud Productivity
- Multiple welding machines connected and reporting data
- Sufficient arc-on time data for meaningful comparison
Procedure
- Click WeldCloud Productivity — Open the WeldCloud Productivity app from your dashboard.
- Click Productivity — Navigate to the Productivity section.
- Click Arc Time Factor — Select the Arc Time Factor metric to begin your comparison.
- Click Items to Compare dropdown — Open the "Items to Compare" dropdown menu to choose the comparison dimension.
- Select Machines — Choose "Machines" from the dropdown to compare arc time factor across different welding stations.
- Analyze or print your report — Review the comparison chart and print or export the report as needed.
