Production reports

Prerequisites

• Access to WeldCloud Productivity
• Production data available from connected welding machines
• Hierarchical tag structure configured via WeldCloud Assembly, Fleet, or Link

Procedure

1. Enter WeldCloud Productivity — Navigate to the WeldCloud Productivity app.

   
   

   
   
2. Click Production Reports — Select the Production Reports option from the menu.

   
   

   
   
3. View detailed data tab — The Detailed Data tab is shown by default, listing all weld records in a tabular format.

   
   

   
   
4. Access the filter menu — Use the filter menu available on the right side to narrow down results by project, date, operator, or other criteria.

   
   

   
   
5. Expand or Collapse all — Use the Expand All and Collapse All buttons to open or close all hierarchical groups at once.

   
   

   
   
6. Customize displayed parameters — Click the gear wheel icon to select which welding parameters are shown in the table.

   
   

   
   
7. Scroll horizontally — Use the horizontal scroll bar to see all columns when many parameters are displayed.

   
   

   
   
8. Identify Assembly data — The WeldCloud Assembly icon indicates items that have hierarchical tag structure from Assembly, Fleet, or Link configurations.

   
   

   
   
9. Open graph view for an item — Click the Open Graph View icon on a specific row to see charts for that item.

   
   

   
   
10. Access Graph View tab — The Graph View can also be accessed directly from the top-level tab for a broader visual overview.

11. Analyze graph view insights — The Graph View provides visual overview and insights into production trends, weld counts, and arc-on time.
