How to export weld sessions to Excel file

Export weld session data to Excel with native table features. Supports up to 20,000 rows by default with seamless handling for larger datasets.


Prerequisites



Procedure


Step 1: Open WeldCloud Productivity


Click "WeldCloud Productivity" app.

Step 2: Navigate to Weld Sessions


Click "Weld sessions" in the left navigation.

Step 3: Open All Sessions


Click "All sessions" to view all recorded weld sessions.

Step 4: Open Column Settings


Click the "gear wheel" icon to customize which columns to include in the export.

Step 5: Select Columns


Select which columns you want to include in the export file. For example, add "Filler metal" and "Wire batch number".

Step 6: Export as XLSX


Click "Export as XLSX" to start the export.

Step 7: Save and Open


Save the exported file on your computer and open it using Excel.

Step 8: Large Dataset Handling


When the number of welding sessions exceeds the export limit, you will be prompted to easily download the next batch of records.

Step 9: Excel Table Features


Excel exports now use native Excel table features, giving the export a clean design and making it quicker and easier to work with the data.
