WeldCloud Productivity dashboard overview

Learn to navigate and interpret the WeldCloud Productivity dashboard — the landing page with dynamic KPIs, filtering, chart visualization, and sharing capabilities.

Prerequisites

• Access to apps.indusuite.com
• WeldCloud Productivity subscription

Procedure

Step 1: Open WeldCloud Productivity

Click "WeldCloud Productivity" app from the InduSuite home page.

Step 2: Dashboard Landing Page

The dashboard is the landing page when you enter WeldCloud Productivity. It shows KPI summaries at a glance.

Step 3: Open Filters

Click the Filter icon to show all available filtering options. The dashboard is fully dynamic — changes update all figures in real time.

Step 4: Timespan and Excludes

In the filter panel, set Timespan and Excludes to narrow down the data shown. Explore all filtering options to get the KPIs you need.

Step 5: Advanced Filtering

Expand the Additional filters menu for advanced filtering options beyond the basics.

Step 6: Refine by Work Order

Refine your analysis to get figures for specific use cases — for example, productivity information for a specific work order.

Step 7: KPI Details

Once filtering is done, explore the dashboard. Hover your mouse on the information icon next to each KPI to get detailed explanations.

Step 8: Switch Chart Visualization

Use the chart dropdown menu to switch between different visualization types for your data.

Step 9: Explore More Options

Click additional options to explore further dashboard capabilities.

Step 10: Additional Features

More dashboard features available through the options menu.

Step 11: Print Dashboard

Print a PDF of your dashboard by clicking the "Print" button.

Step 12: View in Reports

Click "View in reports" to pass all current filtering options to the productivity and consumption report features.

Step 13: Share Dashboard

Share your dashboard — including all filtering options — with people in your team using the "Share" functionality.
