How to create a productivity report template

Prerequisites


  • Access to WeldCloud Productivity
  • Familiarity with the productivity reports interface
  • A report configuration you want to save


Procedure


  1. Click WeldCloud Productivity — Open the WeldCloud Productivity app from your dashboard.

  2. Click Productivity — Navigate to the Productivity section.

  3. Choose a metric — Select the metric you want to analyze (e.g., Arc Time Factor).

  4. Apply filtering options — Set up filtering options to customize the report to your needs (date range, operators, machines, etc.).

  5. Click additional options icon — Open the additional options menu for more configuration choices.

  6. Click exclude options icon — Access the exclude options to refine what data is included.

  7. Exclude inactive machines — Select the option to exclude inactive machines from the report.

  8. Click save template icon — Click the save template icon to begin saving your configuration.

  9. Click Save as Template — Select the "Save as Template" option from the menu.

  10. Choose a template name — Enter a descriptive name for your template.

  1. Click Save — Confirm and save the template.
