How to create a productivity report template
Prerequisites
- Access to WeldCloud Productivity
- Familiarity with the productivity reports interface
- A report configuration you want to save
Procedure
- Click WeldCloud Productivity — Open the WeldCloud Productivity app from your dashboard.
- Click Productivity — Navigate to the Productivity section.
- Choose a metric — Select the metric you want to analyze (e.g., Arc Time Factor).
- Apply filtering options — Set up filtering options to customize the report to your needs (date range, operators, machines, etc.).
- Click additional options icon — Open the additional options menu for more configuration choices.
- Click exclude options icon — Access the exclude options to refine what data is included.
- Exclude inactive machines — Select the option to exclude inactive machines from the report.
- Click save template icon — Click the save template icon to begin saving your configuration.
- Click Save as Template — Select the "Save as Template" option from the menu.
- Choose a template name — Enter a descriptive name for your template.
- Click Save — Confirm and save the template.
