Weld sessions - Details

View detailed information for each recorded weld session including parameter averages, progression graphs, consumption data, and event logs.


Prerequisites


  • Access to apps.indusuite.com
  • WeldCloud Productivity subscription
  • Recorded weld sessions in the system


Procedure


Step 1: Navigate to WeldCloud Productivity


Navigate to the WeldCloud Productivity app.

Step 2: Open Weld Sessions


Click on "Weld sessions" in the left navigation.

Step 3: Choose Display Mode


Choose how you want weld sessions displayed: "All sessions" for every session, or "Machine" to group by machine. Other grouping options are also available.

Step 4: Review Session List


All recorded weld sessions are sorted by creation time. Click column headers to change sort order (ascending/descending). Use the table header controls to customize visible columns.

Step 5: Customize Columns


Choose what information to display by enabling or disabling categories such as WPS, operator, work order, etc.

Step 6: Open Session Details


Click on one of the sessions to go into detailed view.

Step 7: View Header Information


The header shows additional values such as operator, work order, WPS, etc. These values can be scanned via WeldCloud Link to be attached to your weld sessions.

Step 8: Parameter Averages


View averages for each welding parameter — current, voltage, wire feed speed, etc.

Step 9: Parameter Progression Graphs


In the graphs section, see the detailed progression of welding parameters throughout the session.

Step 10: Consumption Data


In the consumption data section, see how much consumables were consumed for that specific weld session — type and quantity.

Step 11: Events


If any events occurred during the weld session, an overview is shown below the graphs.
