How to create a new permission group for InduSuite apps

Prerequisites


  • An InduSuite account with Settings app access and permission to manage users.
  • Know which site(s) the group applies to.
  • Know which apps and access levels the group needs.


How to Run


Via the InduSuite web UI at https://apps.indusuite.com → Settings → User management → Permission groups.


Procedure


  1. Log in to InduSuite at https://apps.indusuite.com.

  1. Open the Settings app from the app launcher.

  1. Click User management in the left sidebar.

  1. Click Permission groups in the User management submenu.

  1. Click Add permission group to start creating a new group.

  1. Define the site/sites the permission group applies to. Select one or more sites from the dropdown.

  1. Select which InduSuite apps the group can access (e.g., WeldCloud Notes, Productivity, Fleet, Assembly).

  1. Set the access level for each selected app (e.g., Viewer, Editor, Admin).

  1. Click Save to create the permission group.
