How to enable multi-factor authentication for all InduSuite users in your company

Force email-based multi-factor authentication (MFA) for every user in your InduSuite company from a single admin setting.

Prerequisites

• A main admin account for your InduSuite company.
• Access to apps.indusuite.com in a browser.
• All company users must have valid email addresses registered on their accounts.

How to Run

This is a UI-driven procedure performed in the InduSuite web dashboard.
No CLI or API calls are needed — follow the steps below in your browser.

Procedure

1. Enter the Settings App

Open the Settings app from your InduSuite dashboard.

2. Enter Company Settings

Click Company settings from the left-hand menu.

3. Click Security

In the Company settings page, click the Security tab.

4. Select Email as the MFA Method

Under Multi-factor authentication, choose Email as the verification method.

5. Save the Change

Click Save to apply MFA for all company users.

6. User Sees MFA on Next Login

The next time any company user logs in, the MFA window will appear automatically.

7. User Enters Password

The user enters their password and clicks Sign in.

8. User Requests Verification Code

The user clicks Send verification code to receive a code by email.

9. User Verifies the Code

The user checks their email for the verification code, enters it, and clicks Verify code.

10. User Continues

The user clicks Continue to proceed.

11. Access Confirmed

The user is now logged in to InduSuite apps with MFA active. All future logins will require the same email verification.
