How to create sites and subsites
Sites define organizational units (factories, workshops) in InduSuite. Each site is assigned a timezone that governs how all data for that site is displayed. Subsites let you nest locations (e.g., a welding bay under a factory).
Prerequisites
- An InduSuite account with admin or settings-level access.
- The Settings app available on your InduSuite dashboard.
How to Run
Open https://apps.indusuite.com in a browser, log in, and navigate to Settings → Sites. All steps are performed through the InduSuite web UI.
Procedure
- Log in to InduSuite.
Navigate to https://apps.indusuite.com and enter your credentials.

- Enter the Settings app.
From the InduSuite dashboard, click the Settings tile.

- Open Sites.
In the left sidebar, click Sites.

- Add a new site.
Click the Add site button.

- Configure the site.
Enter a descriptive site name, then select the correct timezone from the dropdown. The timezone determines how timestamps appear for all data associated with this site.

- Save the site.
Click Save to create the site.

- Open the site menu.
On the new site's row, click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) to reveal site-level actions.

- Add a subsite.
Click Add site under [YourSiteName] to begin creating a nested subsite.

- Name and save the subsite.
Enter the subsite name and click Save.
