How to Update the Number of Licenses of your Subscription

Manage how many user licenses are active on your InduSuite subscription — add seats for new team members or reduce them to cut costs.

Prerequisites

• An InduSuite admin account with subscription management permissions.
• At least one active InduSuite subscription (WeldCloud Notes, Productivity, etc.).
• A browser with access to apps.indusuite.com.

How to Run

This is a UI-driven procedure performed in the InduSuite web dashboard.
No CLI or API calls are needed — follow the steps below in your browser.

Procedure

1. Open Settings

From the InduSuite dashboard, click Settings in the left sidebar.

2. Go to License Management

In the Settings page, select License Management.

3. Manage App Subscriptions

Click Manage App Subscriptions to open the subscription management portal.

A new browser tab will open with your subscriptions.

4. Select the Subscription

Choose the subscription whose license count you want to change.

5. Edit Number of Licenses

Click Edit number of licenses on the subscription detail card.

6. Open the License Count Field

Click the current license count field to make it editable.

7. Set the New License Count

Select or type the desired number of licenses. You can increase or reduce the count.

8. Confirm the Update

Click Confirm Subscription Update to apply the change. You will receive an email confirmation with transaction details.
