How to enable multi-factor authentication for your user

Add an extra layer of security to your own InduSuite account by enabling email-based multi-factor authentication (MFA).

Prerequisites

• An InduSuite user account with a valid email address.
• Access to apps.indusuite.com in a browser.
• Ability to receive email at the address registered on your account.

How to Run

This is a UI-driven procedure performed in the InduSuite web dashboard.
No CLI or API calls are needed — follow the steps below in your browser.

Procedure

1. Open User Profile

Tap your user profile icon in the top-right corner of the InduSuite dashboard.

2. Open My Settings

Click My settings from the profile menu.

3. Locate Multi-Factor Authentication

In the My settings page, find the Multi-factor authentication section and open the dropdown menu.

4. Select Email as MFA Method

Choose Email from the available MFA options.

5. Save the Change

Click Save to apply your MFA preference.

6. Confirm the Notification

A confirmation notification will appear confirming the MFA setting has been updated.

7. Log In Again

The next time you log in, the multi-factor authentication window will appear automatically.

8. Enter Your Password

Enter your password and click Sign in.

9. Request a Verification Code

Click Send verification code to receive a code by email.

10. Verify the Code

Check your email for the verification code, enter it in the Verification code field, and click Verify code.

11. Continue to the App

Click Continue to proceed.

12. Access Confirmed

You are now logged in to InduSuite apps with MFA active. Future logins will require the same email verification.
