Energy Consumption
Monitor and measure energy consumption of your welding system in real-time during the welding process. This feature is exclusively available for ESAB SAW (Submerged Arc Welding) systems connected to WeldCloud.
Prerequisites
- Access to apps.indusuite.com
- WeldCloud Productivity subscription
- ESAB SAW system connected to WeldCloud with latest software update
Procedure
Step 1: Open WeldCloud Productivity
Click on the WeldCloud Productivity app.
Step 2: Navigate to Consumption
Click "Consumption" in the left navigation menu.
Step 3: Open Energy Consumption
Click "Energy consumption" to view energy data.
Step 4: View Energy Data
Your energy consumption from the welding system during welding is now displayed. Use the "Filter" section to set the timespan, choose specific machines, and customize the view.
