Setting KPI Targets in WeldCloud Productivity
Configure key performance indicator targets to compare actual measured values against your ideal parameters. Create reusable templates with KPI targets for metrics like arc time factor and fusion rate.
Prerequisites
- Access to apps.indusuite.com
- WeldCloud Productivity subscription
Procedure
Step 1: Navigate to Dashboard
Navigate to WeldCloud Productivity's Dashboard.
Step 2: Create New Template
Click "Filter" to open the filtering panel, then click the Save icon next to the Template field to create a new template.
Step 3: Name the Template
Click the "Template name" field and type a name like "KPI Targets".
Step 4: Select Time Range
Click "Last 7 days" to select the time range. The system automatically compares against the previous period.
Step 5: Choose Time Range Option
Select from available time range options for your template.
Step 6: Enable KPI Targets
Enable the "Set KPI targets for this template" checkbox to activate target configuration.
Step 7: Set Arc Time Factor Target
Click and double-click the "Arc time factor (%)" field, then type your target value (e.g., 1).
Step 8: Set Fusion Rate Target
Double-click the "Fusion rate (kg/h)" field and type your target value (e.g., 7).
Step 9: Save Template
Click "Save" to save your KPI target template.
Step 10: Apply Filters
Click "Apply" in the Filter sidebar to update the dashboard with your new KPI targets.
Step 11: View Results
WeldCloud compares your KPI targets with currently measured values. Period-over-period comparisons show whether metrics are improving or declining.
