Fleet dashboard overview
Learn to navigate and interpret the WeldCloud Fleet dashboard for at-a-glance insights into your welding operations.
Prerequisites
- Access to apps.indusuite.com
- WeldCloud Fleet subscription
- Equipment connected to WeldCloud
Procedure
Step 1: Access the Dashboard
Navigate to https://apps.indusuite.com/fleet/dashboard
Step 2: Understand the Machine Activity Graph
The first graph shows Machine Activity:
- Displays the number of active machines
- Active machine definition: A machine that has recorded at least one weld session on that day
- Helps identify daily operational patterns

Step 3: Review Most Events
The second graph shows Most Events:
- Displays event frequency across your fleet
- Helps identify which machines are most active
- Useful for workload balancing decisions
- An event is a notification from a machine about service, machine stop, or other information

Step 4: Analyze Producing Machines
The third graph shows Producing Machines:
- Lists machines by arc time (time spent welding)
- Shows number of weld sessions
- Identifies your most productive equipment
- Example: UC3, UC1, Demo UC Lithuania with their arc time and session counts

Step 5: Identify Least Utilized Machines
The fourth graph shows Least Utilized Machines:
- Displays data from your entire fleet (e.g., 300 machines)
- Lists machine names with arc time and session counts
- Example: "4004 testing room" with minimal usage
- Helps identify underused equipment for optimization

Step 6: Apply Filters
Use filter options to customize dashboard data:
- Timeframe: Select date range for analysis
- Sites: Filter by specific locations
- Click dropdown arrow next to "Sites"
- Select one or multiple sites
- Machines: Filter by specific equipment
- Select individual machines or groups
