How to add machine availability status and time stamp

Setting up machine availability status helps InduSuite users to generate machine availability reports.
Machine status can be updated through API calls.

In this article we are going to show how you can set an availability status manually in WeldCloud Fleet

1. Enter WeldCloud Fleet app

2. Expand Machine & Stations menu

3. Click List view

4. Select the machine you want to add availability status and availabilitystatus timestamp information

5. Click Stats and availability

6. Click Add time stamp

7. Select relevant availability status from the dropdown list

8. Current time will be automatically set as START TIME. Adjust START TIME when needed

9. Enter a comment for the availability status change (optional) and click Save

10. Adding another availability status will automatically set END TIME and DURATION for the previous status.

Click Add time stamp to add an availability status change

11. Select another availability status

12. Confirm proposed START TIME or adjust accordingly

13. Click Save

14. Previous status duration will be automatically calculated
