How to add Traceability data into WeldCloud Fleet
Add operator, WPS, work order, and other traceability information to welding machines in WeldCloud Fleet.
Prerequisites
- Access to apps.indusuite.com
- WeldCloud Fleet subscription
- Equipment connected to WeldCloud
- Personnel configured in InduSuite
Procedure
Step 1: Sign In
Enter your credentials and click "Sign in".

Step 2: Open WeldCloud Fleet
Click WeldCloud Fleet application.

Step 3: Navigate to Machines & Stations
Click "Machines & Stations" in the sidebar.

Step 4: Switch to List View
Click "List View" to see all machines.

Step 5: Select Machine
Click on the machine where you want to add traceability data.

Step 6: Click Edit
Click "Edit" in the Weld information section.

Step 7: Open Operator Dropdown
Click the operator dropdown to select an operator.

Step 8: Select Operator
Select the operator from the dropdown (e.g., "Björn Dahlborg").

Step 9: Enter Work Order
Click the "Work order" field and enter the work order number.

Step 10: Enter Assembly ID
Click the "Assembly ID" field and enter the assembly identifier.

Step 11: Enter Part ID
Click the "Part ID" field and enter the part number.

Step 12: Add Consumption Data
Click the consumption data icon to add filler metal information.

Step 13: Select Filler Metal
Select the filler metal from the dropdown (e.g., "OK AristoRod 12.50 0.8mm 15kg").

Step 14: Click Save
Once you are done, click "Save" to record all traceability data.

Step 15: Data Recorded
In the "Weld information" box you will find traceability data added. From now on all of your welding sessions will be tagged with those additional data. You can change those data when needed.

Field Definitions
- Operator: Person performing the weld (linked to Personnel Management)
- WPS: Welding Procedure Specification number or reference
- Work order: Production or job tracking number
- Assembly ID: Identifier for the assembly being welded
- Part ID: Specific part number being welded
- Weld ID: Unique identifier for individual weld seam
- Filler metal: Consumable used in welding process
