Remote gateway update through WeldCloud Fleet

Update gateway firmware remotely through WeldCloud Fleet.

Prerequisites

• Access to apps.indusuite.com
• WeldCloud Fleet subscription
• Gateway online and connected
• Stable internet connection
• Sufficient time for update completion

Procedure

Step 1: Access InduSuite

Navigate to https://apps.indusuite.com and click "Next".

Step 2: Sign In

Enter your credentials and click "Sign in".

Step 3: Open WeldCloud Fleet

Click on WeldCloud Fleet application.

Step 4: Navigate to Firmware Management

Click "Firmware management" in the sidebar.

Step 5: Open Remote Upgrade

Click "Remote upgrade".

Step 6: Search for Machine

Search for your machine name to easily identify it.

Step 7: Click Upgrade

Click "Upgrade" to start the process.

Step 8: Upgrade Process

Upgrade process will start. It will take up to 20 minutes for the process to finish.

Step 9: Gateway Reboot

Once upgrade is done, gateway will reboot by itself. It will take up to 2 minutes for the gateway to boot up.
