How to plan and assign maintenance/service activities for your welding equipment

1. Navigate to https://apps.indusuite.com/

2. Enter WeldCloud Fleet app

3. Click "Machines & stations"

4. Click "List view"

5. Click on the machine you want to create an activity for

6. Click "Add activity"

7. Pick up an activity category from dropdown list

8. Select "Planned" as status from dropdown list

9. Fill in with the email address of the person in charge for the activity

10. Write any additional note to the activity

11. Select when activity needs to be performed

12. Optional steps if you want to add a reminder for the person assigned to the activity

13. Click "Add reminder"

14. Add reminder date

15. Click "Save"

16. Activity created will be shown in welding equipment service log
